Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Project Manager with a strong focus on Sales to join our team in the Mitigation and Restoration industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and overseeing the end-to-end management of mitigation and restoration projects. You will combine your sales expertise with your project management skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales in the mitigation and restoration sector.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring that all aspects are completed according to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including field technicians, operations, and customer service, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients, ensuring they align with their needs and expectations while driving profitability for the business.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and monitor sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Assist with issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, providing proactive solutions and keeping clients informed.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and project outcomes, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management within the mitigation, restoration, or construction industry.
- Strong project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to oversee and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of mitigation and restoration processes, industry standards, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
