The Blinds And Shades Company is a fast-growing custom window treatment company serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We help homeowners transform their homes with premium custom blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery while providing exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Measure windows and help customers choose the best products for their home
- Prepare quotes and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement or in-home sales is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
No window treatment experience? No problem—we provide paid training for the right candidate.
Compensation
$50,000 – $90,000 per year
