We Care Home Care is a growing, faith-centered home care agency serving clients throughout Georgia and Mississippi. We provide high-quality home and community-based services through Medicaid Waiver Programs, Veterans programs, and Private Pay services.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, documentation review, and quality assurance. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting clinical excellence without the demands of routine bedside care.

Responsibilities
The RN will review, approve, and provide clinical oversight for documentation completed by LPNs and agency staff, including:
RN Assessments
Person-Centered Care Plans
Healthcare Plans
Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) Assessments
Risk Assessments
Risk Mitigation Plans
Supervisory Visit Documentation
Clinical Progress Notes
Orientation and Clinical Competency Documentation
Final RN Signatures on required clinical records
The RN will also:
Ensure documentation complies with Georgia Medicaid, agency, and regulatory requirements.
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Provide clinical guidance to LPNs when clarification or corrections are needed.
Assist with quality assurance and continuous compliance initiatives.

Qualifications
✔ Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
✔ Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
✔ Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Case Management, or Medicaid Waiver experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Person-Centered Care Planning preferred
✔ Strong documentation and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred
✔ Reliable computer and internet access
