Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines

Perform tooling changes, offsets, and program adjustments

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Work with standard and metric measurements and tight tolerances

Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met

Review and interpret CMM inspection reports

Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Meet safety, quality, and production goals

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of Swiss machining setup experience

Experience with Citizen and/or Star Swiss CNC machines preferred

Job shop manufacturing experience preferred

Strong blueprint reading skills

Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Ability to work with both standard and metric dimensions

Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers

Ability to read and understand CMM reports

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Experience in an ISO and/or FDA-regulated environment is a plus

Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility

Exposure to machinery, coolants, and machining oils

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
