As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you'll install complete residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, thermostats, and indoor comfort equipment. You'll work from installation plans and manufacturer specifications to ensure every system is installed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Working alongside experienced teammates, you'll help complete system replacements, new installations, equipment start-ups, and final system testing while maintaining organized job sites and delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner. Experienced technicians may also assist with mentoring newer installers, coordinating jobsite activities, and maintaining installation quality throughout each project.
Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, carpentry, roofing, mechanical systems, or other skilled trades who are eager to learn the HVAC industry.
Successful candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. EPA Certification is preferred or the willingness to obtain it after hire. RMGA Certification is also preferred or can be earned after joining the company. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
