Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing and growing a new practice aligned with industry best practices and local regulations
- Manage all aspects of clinical operations, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general servicesp
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Utilize software, medical documentation, billing, and record keeping
- Build strong patient relationships through effective communication, education on oral health, and personalized care plans
- Oversee staff recruitment, training in four-handed dentistry practices, and ongoing team development to ensure high-quality patient care
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients while maintaining excellent service standards for existing clients
Experience
- Proven experience as a practicing PT with comprehensive knowledge of general de procedures
- Hands-on care!
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
