Job Overview
We are seeking a an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team and help deliver top-quality plumbing solutions for a variety of commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of new construction projects, providing reliable water and drainage systems that meet client specifications. Duties
- Install complex plumbing systems in commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage, and waste systems
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations
- Operate company vehicles and heavy machinery safely to transport tools and materials to job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform installations and inspections efficiently
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and project managers to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and schematic diagrams
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with construction site safety protocols and interpreting technical drawings accurately
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; commercial driving certification preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and working in confined spaces as required
