- $60,000 – $125,000+ per year

The Mission (Lead From the Front)
This isn’t just installing systems—this is about setting the standard on every job.
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Ensure installs are completed clean, correct, and up to code
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
- Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices
- Maintain an organized, stocked truck and clean jobsite
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to stay on schedule
- Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years HVAC install experience (required)
- Proven ability to lead jobs and guide a team
- Strong understanding of install best practices and code compliance
- Pride in clean, high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
