Delaware County Community College is seeking a part-time Instructional Assistant in our Assessment department.
The Instructional Assistant administers and monitors assessments for students and community members to include testing for college placement, entrance to and evaluation for nursing and allied health programs, ACT, CLEP, Praxis, and Pearson-Vue. The position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and alternate Saturdays, a current driver's license, and an insured vehicle to travel to and administer the College placement test at the Marple Campus and branch locations. Travel to high schools in Chester County to administer testing is required when needed. The Instructional Assistant administers and monitors additional assessments for students and community members. Other testing services include make-up tests for classes, special accommodation testing, online and hybrid learning exams, certifications for credit and non-credit classes, and testing for other colleges and institutions.
