American Traveler is hiring an LPN with long-term care experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility, working evening shifts.

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in a long-term care (LTC) unit
-
Long-term care resident population requiring skilled nursing services
-
Evening shift schedule: 5x8.5-hour shifts (14:45–23:15)

Active LPN license required (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required

Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
-
Current BLS certification required
-
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained

Flexible scheduling availability required

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, performing accurate medication passes, monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition, and completing timely documentation

Supervises CNAs on assigned units

Provides nursing care in accordance with facility policies

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role
