Chiropractic Office | Puyallup, WA
We are an established chiropractic clinic that has been serving our community for over 10 years. As our clinic continues to grow, we are adding a Clinic Phone Support Specialist whose primary responsibility is to help support both our patient communication and front desk operations.
This role is combines phone-based patient support with front desk duties and is ideal for someone who is calm, organized, and confident communicating with people over the phone. You will be responsible for ensuring our patients receive timely, professional phone communication and that our schedule stays full and organized.
About the Role
This position includes two primary areas of responsibility:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Focus on phone communication and patient outreach
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Front desk patient check-in and office flow support
You will play an important role in helping our clinic stay organized, maintaining patient communication, and creating a positive patient experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Phone Support Duties (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to voicemail messages throughout the day
- Call patients who are late or missed appointments
- Reach out to patients who have not been in recently to help get them back on the schedule
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Document calls and outcomes clearly in our system
- Support the front desk and clinical team as needed
Front Desk Duties (Tuesdays, Thursdays)
- Greeting and checking in patients professionally
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Explaining basic insurance benefits and financial expectations
- Collecting payments and handling front desk transactions
- Keeping patient flow organized and on time
- Supporting the doctor and clinical team as needed

Schedule
- Full-time hours (M-F 8:15 - 6:15 with lunch break)
- In-office position (not remote)
- Training schedule may vary
Compensation & Growth
We believe in clear expectations and consistent pay increases for team members who demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and follow-through.
- $18.00/hour during the initial training period
- $19.00/hour after successful completion of training
- $20.00/hour after 6 months of employment
- $21.00/hour after 1 year of employment
Additional compensation:
- Performance-based raises may be awarded beyond the milestones listed above
- Bonuses may be available based on scheduling and patient outreach goals
Dental and Vision benefits are available after training is complete.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, medical offices, or scheduling roles is preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- We are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills and reliability

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
