Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vape and smoke products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Maintain organized shelves by stocking merchandise, merchandising displays attractively, and managing inventory levels.
- Support store cleanliness by tidying displays, organizing stock rooms, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Answer customer inquiries in multiple languages when applicable, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Assist with store arrangements or gardening projects to enhance customer satisfaction and store presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus; familiarity with retail math and POS systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably.
