Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Daniel's Restaurant & Pub. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Support the head chef in menu development and special events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
