10X Solutions is looking for a full-time AT&T Representative in Monterey. You'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber solutions, explain key service benefits, and help customers find the right connectivity options for their needs. Success in this role comes from strong people skills and the ability to present technical solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way.
As an AT&T Representative, you will help customers evaluate their home internet choices and recommend solutions that support reliable streaming, gaming, and everyday connectivity needs. You'll match AT&T Fiber services to each customer's preferences, creating a smooth and productive experience. Through accurate recordkeeping and effective follow-up, you'll contribute to enrollment growth while delivering a high standard of customer support.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative
- Engage with Monterey customers in approachable conversations about upgrading to AT&T Fiber
- Discover customer internet needs by discussing daily usage and aligning customer support insights with the most suitable AT&T Fiber plan options
- Represent AT&T Fiber benefits in a simple, relatable way that highlights speed, reliability, and overall performance
- Guide customers through the full enrollment journey, ensuring a smooth transition from first customer interaction to completed service setup
- Record customer interactions and follow-up steps to maintain organized customer support activity
- Contribute to customer enrollment growth by turning consistent outreach into AT&T Fiber enrollments and long-term customer relationships

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
