Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team in the North Fort Worth/Keller area. In this role, you will deliver advanced treatments including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization to help clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective, and personalized care in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other skin rejuvenation techniques with precision and care.
- Manage peptide therapy protocols, including patient selection, dosing, and ongoing monitoring.
- Oversee hormone optimization/HRT programs, including patient assessment, lab review, dosing, and follow-up care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning to ensure optimal results.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and realistic outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards, infection control protocols, and legal regulations including DEA regulations for injectable medications.
- Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing education on aesthetic treatments, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license (Texas), with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing botulinum toxin treatments and dermal filler injections in a clinical or medical spa setting.
- Hands-on experience with peptide therapy and hormone replacement/optimization therapy required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology principles relevant to aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, sterile technique, injection administration, and infection control practices.
