L&W Engineering is a growing full-line metal fabrication company located in Middlebury, IN. Privately owned and encompassing over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space, L&W provides a wide range of Steel and Aluminum products to various industries. Currently, we are looking for an individual to join our Powder Coat Division as a 1st shift Parts loader\Unloader. With this position, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is mechanically inclined with some manufacturing experience. Willing to train. This individual must have the desire to learn all aspects of the job.

Powder Coat Loader/Unloader- 1st Shift
- Loading and unloading parts on our paint line to be powder coated. Fast pace job, must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis. Must be able to step on and off platform. Continuously loading parts on to a conveyer belt system. Bending, squatting, lifting, over the head lifting on a continuous basis.
