Your Day in the Life
You’ll meet with homeowners across North Chicago, conduct on-site assessments, and create detailed painting estimates, leading to sales. Every day is different—from initial phone calls to walking through properties to closing contracts. You’ll manage your leads, follow up, and ensure projects start off with clear expectations and trust.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible field schedule
Location: Chicago, IL and surrounding areas
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in a full-time position; sales experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (business, marketing, or related field)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using basic software and CRM tools
- Self-driven and accountable
- Strong follow-up and closing ability
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
