Rio Vista Post Acute and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant. Do you have a passion for helping others? We're looking for a full-time CNA to bring compassion, care, and energy to our residents every day. As a CNA, you'll be a vital part of our residents' care experience.
**Shifts Available: Night shift: 10pm - 6 am and shift differential
Offering bonuses for double weekend
Responsibilities:
- Providing great patient care to all residents.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Answer patient call lights and determine how best to assist them.
- Ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.)
- Turning and repositioning residents.
- Monitor vitals and report any change of conditions to nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow all facility policies, procedure, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Current AZ CNA license
Must be reliable, kind, and team-oriented
