Technical Writer
Key Responsibilities
Plan, write, and own the development of critical IT security documentation for Government projects, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Policies, and Procedures.
Scope project requirements, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and commit to delivery schedules while ensuring all work aligns with NIST standards and publication processes.
Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, security engineers, and account managers to gather information and facilitate project success.
Qualifications & Skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1 year of experience creating technical documents.
Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to produce clear, compliant policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of enterprise networking and core IT security concepts is required.
Active Security Clearance Required
