What We're Looking For
We're hiring experienced residential HVAC service technicians at the Level 3 and Level 4 range. Here's what that means to us:
Level 3 Tech (3–5 years experience):
- Diagnose most residential no-cool and no-heat calls without assistance
- Properly measure and interpret superheat and subcooling
- Find electrical problems using a multimeter
- Replace common components: capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, transformers, and control boards
- Perform refrigerant leak searches and basic repairs
- Explain repair options to customers professionally
- Maintain a low callback rate and consistently produce repairs and recommendations
Level 4 Tech (5–10+ years experience):
- Diagnose difficult intermittent issues
- Troubleshoot communicating and inverter systems
- Diagnose airflow and duct design problems
- Perform advanced electrical diagnostics
- Diagnose TXV, airflow, and refrigeration-system performance issues
- Commission new equipment properly
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Handle almost any residential service call without assistance
- Maintain strong sales, repair, and customer satisfaction numbers
Additional requirements:
- EPA 608 Certification (required) — NATE certification is a strong plus
- Clean driving record (we'll run an MVR)
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Available Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends during peak season
- Live within commuting distance of Argyle, TX (76226) or willing to relocate

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in customers' homes across the DFW area
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Operate your company vehicle safely and professionally
- Protect job sites (drop cloths, shoe covers, furniture protection) and leave them cleaner than you found them
- Pick up parts and supplies from local distributors as needed
- Collaborate with co-workers, install crews, and dispatch to deliver excellent service
