Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Repair: Maintain and service plumbing equipment for residential and commercial clients.
- Project Execution: Assist in new construction and remodeling projects.
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Safety: Proficiently and safely operate trade-related hand and power tools while utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Physical Demands: Comfortably handle the physical demands of the trade, including lifting 50+ lbs and working in various environments (e.g., cramped spaces, heights).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience required.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (current plumbing license is a plus, but not required).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Tools & Transport: Must possess your own hand tools and have a reliable truck or van for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
Work Schedule:
- Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Weekend Availability: Some Saturdays required; Sundays for emergencies only.
- Weekly Expected Hours: 15–25 hours (hours may vary weekly).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (dependent on experience), paid bi-weekly.
