Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + discretionary bonus
Location: Greater Boston, mostly remote work schedule

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Independently own accounting processes including month-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliation.
- oversee inventory accounting and intercompany transactions.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis.
- Emphasis on ERP optimization and business process improvement.
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive as a Senior Accountant or Accounting manager in an organization with less than $50M annual revenue.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- hands-on self-starter with excellent attention to detail, and a desire for process improvement and automation.
