Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to uphold health standards
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing ingredients or assisting with setup as needed
- Help monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in dishwashing is required
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and focus
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team in busy moments
