In this role, you will connect directly with residential customers across Ohio, helping each customer understand available internet services and feel confident about their choices. - Engage homeowners to introduce services as an AT&T Team Member
- Educate each customer on available internet options
- Assist every customer with account setup and service selection
- Build trust and long-term relationships with each customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work with fellow AT&T Team Member team members to improve the customer experience
- Meet outreach goals while ensuring strong customer satisfaction
