Konstant Dental is seeking a strong, organized, and experienced Dental Office Manager to help lead our front office team and keep the practice running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and capable of taking ownership of the administrative side of the practice. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who communicates well, works well with others, and understands how to keep both the doctor and hygiene schedules full and productive.
This position requires someone who is comfortable holding the team accountable, solving problems, managing patient accounts, and helping create a smooth experience for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the front office team
- Keeping the doctor and hygiene schedules full
- Monitoring the schedule daily and identifying opportunities to fill openings
- Confirming appointments and helping reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Managing accounts receivable
- Ensuring patient balances are followed up on and collected
- Reviewing outstanding insurance claims
- Sending and tracking insurance claims
- Posting and entering insurance and patient payments
- Reviewing ledgers for accuracy
- Helping resolve billing questions and patient account concerns
- Communicating clearly with patients regarding balances, insurance, and financial arrangements
- Working closely with the doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front desk team
- Maintaining strong office systems and helping improve office efficiency
- Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Dental office experience required
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Experience with scheduling, insurance claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well with doctors, hygienists, assistants, front desk staff, and patients
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks
- Confidence discussing balances, insurance, and financial arrangements with patients
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of results
