Job: Repair Technician Supervisor

Salary: $70,000-100,000
Adecco is recruiting for a Repair Technician Supervisor for a company in Kent, Ohio.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support a team of repair technicians in a busy industrial shop environment
- Manage shop schedules, project priorities, and workflow to ensure on-time completion
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing, maintenance, or repair environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and water systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED required
