RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs developed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate and timely data
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and fellow team members
- Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification REQUIRED (we do not assist in obtained RBT certifications)
- High school diploma required
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
- Passion for helping children learn and succeed
