At Midwest Disc Clinic, we help people avoid surgery and regain their lives through advanced non-surgical spinal disc care. Many of our patients arrive frustrated, discouraged, and in pain. They leave with hope, confidence, and a plan to get their lives back.
We are expanding our rehabilitation department and are looking for someone who wants to make a difference—not just fill a position.
What You'll Do
· Coach and encourage patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises
· Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure patient safety
· Motivate patients while celebrating their progress
· Help keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
· Document rehabilitation progress and assist with patient records
· Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
· Build genuine relationships with patients who often become like family

Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person:
· Exercise science
· Physical therapy
· Athletic training
· Personal training
· Kinesiology
· Chiropractic office
· Sports medicine
· Rehabilitation
· Fitness coaching
· Healthcare
