Mission:
We are looking for 2-3 energetic Field Canvassers to serve as the face of Action Exteriors in our community. In this role, your daily mission will be to:
- Walk targeted neighborhoods.
- Identify homes with potential roofing or exterior needs.
- Engage homeowners to schedule free, no-obligation inspection for our closing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage homeowners face-to-face across the Fort Worth side of the metroplex
- Generate interest in Action Exteriors' premium roofing and windows services
- Set appointments for high-quality, free inspections with our closing team.
- Track your progress and manage your territory using our intuitive software.

Compensation:
- 1099: High-performance bonus for held appointments, featuring lucrative escalating bonuses when you hit a certain number of appointments per week.
- W2: Hourly with performance bonus for held appointments (available to the right candidate)
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
