Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the perfect wireless solutions, demonstrating products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive sales and foster lasting relationships with our clients. You also can sales incentive on each pay perid.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless devices and plans that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and accessories
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising tasks to keep the store inviting and well-organized
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
- Supervising experience is a bonus for candidates interested in growth opportunities
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and basic math calculations efficiently
