Assembly Operator - Ozark, AR

Requirements for the Assembly Operator
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
Assembly Operator Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial motors using drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures
- Follow established production processes to ensure quality and accuracy
- Safely operate hand tools, equipment, forklifts, hoists, and testing systems
- Perform quality inspections and verify measurements throughout the assembly process
- Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors as needed
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and make basic equipment adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with team members to support production goals and continuous workflow
Physical Requirements for the Assembly Operator
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting
- Continuous standing, walking, and movement throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and safely handle materials and equipment
Pay and Advancement Opportunities
- Starting pay: $13.50 per hour
- Eligible for a performance review after approximately 2 months with the opportunity for a $1.50 per hour pay increase
- Additional pay review available approximately 2 months later
- Pay increases to $18.78 per hour when hired on by the client
- Top-out pay of $22.13 per hour
- Long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential
