Cumberland Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values high-quality care, professional growth, and long-term practice relationships.In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional dermatologic care while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team that truly invests in its providers.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform minor in-office dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions)
- Educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
- Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinical culture
Schedule & Location:
- Four-day work week
- Primary location in Crossville, TN
What We’re Looking For:
- Current PA or NP licensure in the state of Tennessee
- A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and learn independently while thriving in a team-based environment
- Previous dermatology experience is highly valued, and candidates with prior exposure to dermatology workflows or procedures will find an easy transition
- Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology is a plus; training is available for the right candidate
