E-Bike & Powersports Sales / Service AssociateAbout Us
Cyber City is a growing electric mobility and technology retailer in Fullerton, California. We specialize in e-bikes, electric scooters, e-motos, and powersports products. We are looking for a motivated team member who enjoys working with customers, sales, and hands-on mechanical work.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right e-bike, electric scooter, or powersports product
- Generate sales and build long-term customer relationships
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare new products for delivery
- Diagnose and perform basic repairs and maintenance on e-bikes, scooters, and e-motos
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Organize inventory, showroom displays, and storage areas
- Receive and stock incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment
- Assist with warranty claims and customer support
- Help with daily store operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical experience with bicycles, motorcycles, e-bikes, scooters, or powersports products preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move products up to 75 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
