Looking for experienced Masonry Laborers & Skilled Tradespeople

Job Location: Based in Cayce, SC (Servicing the entire East Coast and surrounding areas.
We are a growing, fast-paced masonry company looking for experienced, reliable individuals to join our team. We are proudly based in Cayce, South Carolina, but our projects take us across the entire East Coast and surrounding areas. While our primary focus is masonry—including brick, block, and stone work—we also handle projects that require framing, electrical, and HVAC adjustments. We need skilled, hands-on laborers who can jump right in, catch on quick, and help us get the job done right, whether working locally or traveling for a project. What we do as a masonry-focused company, our day-to-day work centers around building and repairing structural and decorative elements. In this role, you will be:
- Laying brick, concrete block, and natural or manufactured stone.
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading mortar, grout, and concrete to exact consistencies.
- Building and repairing retaining walls, foundations, walkways, patios, and chimneys.
- If qualified, assist with the framing, electrical routing, or HVAC prep needed to complete our custom builds.
- Setting up scaffolding, staging materials, and operating masonry saws or mixers.
Requirements
- Fast Learner: Must be able to catch on quick to our specific processes and job site rhythms.
- Coachability: Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.
- Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel for East Coast and out-of-town projects.
- Proven, hands-on experience in masonry or one of our cross-trades (Framing, Electrical, HVAC).
- Must have your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites or meeting points.
- Ability to handle the heavy lifting, bending, and physical demands of masonry labor.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $120–$200 daily (based entirely on experience and skill level).
