A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support both project execution and preconstruction efforts on a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the Richmond area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in site development, utilities, earthwork, and roadway construction.

Manage projects from award through completion

Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals

Review plans, specifications, and contract documents

Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement

Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery

Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance
-
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, or both within heavy civil construction
-
Background in site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway, or infrastructure projects

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications

Experience with takeoff, estimating, and project management software

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
