Position Summary
Roxbury Community College Athletics Department invites applications for part-time Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach. Roxbury CC is the only community College in the New England area to offer Women's Flag Football. Apply today for this tremendous opportunity to help lead and build our Women's Flag Football Team. Help Lead our steadily rising Women's Flag Football team, a great opportunity to help elevate a strong resourceful program to the next level. RCC is a member of the NJCAA Region 21 Athletic Conference. Knowledge of Flag Football, strong connection with the Flag Football network, and the ability to develop players is required for this position. The goal is to build/develop strong players for the next level.
The assistant Women's Flag Football coach is responsible for all duties assigned by the head coach. Assist with player development. Assisting the head coach with team practice and all game preparations. The Assistant Coach behaves and conducts work processes in a manner consistent with the Region 21 standards and the College's guiding principles. Performs all daily functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy of the college.

Qualifications
- Provides quality coaching and instruction to students participating in the Women's Flag Football team; develops, implements, and teaches related training sessions and techniques.

Recruit student athletes in accordance with NJCAA athletic regulations, conference and college values. Committed to student success.

Help maintain RCC Athletic facilities used by the Women's Flag Football Team.

Assist in supervising student athletes on trips and onsite during all program related practices, games, and functions.

Serve as a role model to assist the team members in developing and displaying appropriate attitudes and behaviors expected of athletic teams and individuals representing RCC.

Maintains sensitivity, understanding, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of varying social, ability, economic, cultural, ideological, and ethnic backgrounds.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
