Sales Associate

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, thrives in a retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized storefront.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Build product knowledge across wigs, hair care, beauty products, accessories, and cosmetics.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays.
- Keep the sales floor clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Help prevent inventory loss by following store procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales goals.
- Provide a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous retail, beauty supply, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning about new beauty products and trends.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
