HGR*24 Inc is a value based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. We are currently recruiting Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team.
Qualified candidates will act as a support to our purchasing team and are responsible for contacting vendors and manufacturers to schedule Buyer inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills with a heavy emphasis on customer focus and a love for being on the phone!

Candidates to be considered will:

Possess a strong work ethic with a team attitude.

Have the ability to complete 150+ daily outbound calls by using an assigned list

Be comfortable with using customer focused scripts and guidelines for communicating with vendors

Possess accurate information entry skills into a database

Be curious and willing to learn!
Education and experience:

1-2 years of prior call center experience (preferred)

High School Diploma or GED
