Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a license or license eligible as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMHP (Licensed Mental Health Professional) and will have extensive knowledge of DBHDS (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services) and DMAS (Department of Medical Assistance Services) regulations. Familiarity with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) regulations is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DBHDS and DMAS regulations across all service areas.
- Provide expert guidance on CARF standards and assist in maintaining accreditation.
- Oversee and support the following services: Mobile Crisis Response (MCR), Crisis Stabilization, Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB), Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (MHIOP), and Intensive In-Home Counseling (IIH).
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to provide training and support on compliance issues.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update organizational practices accordingly.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or licensed eligible LCSW LPC, or LMHP.
- Extensive knowledge of DBHDS and DMAS regulations.
- Familiarity with CARF regulations. Experience with Mobile Crisis Response, Crisis Stabilization, Mental Health Skill Building, Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program, and Intensive In-Home Counseling.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65,500.00 - $76,900.00 per year
