Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, supporting team members, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the store meet sales, staffing, and performance goals.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can motivate a team, and is committed to creating a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shifts
Lead, train, and support team members
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor control
Monitor inventory, supplies, and product quality
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Help drive sales, speed of service, and overall store performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications:
Restaurant or food service experience preferred
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
