Job Summary
We are currently taking appliactions for Construction Laborers. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on the site.
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday to keep the area organized and hazard-free.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or hazards immediately.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; we provide training!
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is advantageous.
