What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized hospitality to every guest.
- Guide guests through immersive experiences while confidently explaining our concepts, menus, and cocktail offerings.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments throughout every interaction.
- Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Represent Century Grand with pride while upholding our standards of excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first culture.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
