- Prep/Line Cooks: We are seeking experienced cooks who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Ideal candidates will be team players, self-motivated, possess excellent knife skills, and have the ability to multitask and maintain high quality under pressure. The capability to prioritize tasks effectively and knowledge of from-scratch cooking techniques are highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player who can work collaboratively with others
- At least 2 years cooking experience is a plus
- Must be available on weekends
- Excellent knife skills
- Multi tasking
Our restaurant's historic location has its unique charm, but the kitchen is compact, and our team members must be comfortable working in close quarters.
The successful candidate should be able to perform well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
