Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: In-Person (Apply Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector with a high standard for excellence and a sharp eye for detail. You will evaluate product integrity, bridge communication between departments, and actively prevent future warranty claims. This role requires resilience in outdoor environments and the ability to maintain professional diplomacy under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous inspections to ensure all units meet strict quality benchmarks.
- Identify structural, cosmetic, and functional defects before final delivery.
- Collaborate with the Warranty Manager to trace, analyze, and prevent recurring issues.
- Report findings directly to Upper Management and deliver actionable feedback to Production Supervision.
- Maintain precise documentation of passes, failures, and required re-work.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector is preferred.
- Background in auto insurance adjustment or manufactured housing final QC is preferred.
- An uncompromising eye for quality and an exceptionally high level of quality expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage cross-departmental feedback.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
- Physical stamina to work flexible hours and endure variable Georgia weather climates outdoors.
- Military experience is a plus (preferred but not required).
