We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Care Professionals to join our team at our Level III therapeutic residential group home serving adolescent girls.
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Friday Evening: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekday Overnight: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Friday Overnight: 9:00 PM – Saturday 9:00 AM
- Weekend Day Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday Overnight: 9:00 PM – Sunday 9:00 AM
- Sunday Overnight: 9:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
Applicants with overnight and weekend availability are strongly encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Starting Pay
$15.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance, reliability, attendance, and overall contribution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and supervision of residents.
- Complete required documentation and shift notes.
- Assist with daily routines and life skills.
- Maintain a clean, structured, and supportive environment.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and behavioral situations.
- Communicate effectively with team members during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience working with youth, behavioral health, foster care, or residential settings is preferred but not required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
