Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
- Experience with First Article Inspection
- Experience leading incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Experience managing nonconforming material
- Experience managing corrective actions
- Root cause analysis experience
- Experience developing quality metrics
- Experience developing quality documentation
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Experience with CAPA processes
- Experience conducting or supporting internal audits
- Experience developing Quality Control Plans
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing quality experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
- Lead incoming inspection activities
- Lead in-process inspection activities
- Lead final inspection activities
- Manage product validation activities, including First Article Inspection
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures
- Track and report quality metrics
- Track and report manufacturing quality performance
- Support production teams with inspection methods and quality procedures
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- Conduct internal quality audits
- Support internal quality audits
- Train operators and inspectors on quality system requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for products and manufacturing processes
- Manage customer complaints through the RMA process
- Control and document nonconforming products
- Lead root cause investigations
- Initiate and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Prepare formal inspection and quality reports
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, materials, sales, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Serve as quality lead for manufacturing operations
