We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. Whether you're an experienced automotive sales professional or have a strong background in retail sales, customer service, or commission sales, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
You'll work with new and used vehicle sales, internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and referral business while helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
- Respond to internet leads, phone leads, and showroom customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build lasting customer relationships throughout the buying process
- Assist customers with financing options and trade-in evaluations
- Follow up with prospects using the dealership CRM
- Generate new business through referrals and networking
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay current on inventory, manufacturer incentives, and vehicle features
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Compensation
- Earn $3,500 - $12,000+ per month
