JOB DUTIES:
- Input and update data in our databases with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve errors.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of paper and electronic documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and information handling.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency.
- Track the order physically and in the system to ensure the order stays on schedule. Monitoring to ensure materials are
ordered on time, quantities are correct, jobs are being closed on time, and the applied labor hours appear to be correct.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.
