We install a variety of landscapes both residential and commercially
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance.
This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising a team to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
Experience in Flowerbed & Tree installation, retaining walls, hardscape & hydro-seeding, sod installation
Experience and ability to operate equipment (bobcats, power equipment, small tractors, skid loaders and excavators up to 60 hp.)
Be able to read and follow blueprints.
Experience working in all areas of landscaping
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Good people skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow directions
Experience directing landscape crews of 1-6
Have a valid license with good driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able follow our drug policy
No lifting restrictions.
Able to demonstrate and maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude.
Able to work 8-10 hour days have flexibility due to weather conditions
Able to work Saturdays from time to time.
Typical start time: 7AM
Typical end time: 5PM
