Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team in Columbia, SC. This is an entry-level position that combines customer service, product education, and sales support inside retail partner locations. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.
This is a W-2 position. All work is performed in person within retail locations. This is not a remote position, not door-to-door sales, and not commission-only.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
- Provide information about available products and services
- Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, or purchases when applicable
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Work with team members to achieve performance goals
- Represent clients and brands professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Weekly base pay of $600–$800 based on experience
